So I live in New Jersey. Plainfield to be exact. Not very well known. Very small town. Couple of blocks long literally. I go to school in Manhattan. Berkeley College .

Now when people hear this they go, what the hell? You travel everyday? Well yes I do. Frankly, I don't understand why this is so hard to believe. I take the NJ Transit bus every morning and afternoon. The ride is literally an hour and change. Small change. Mainly because it's the express bus but that's the one I usually get. Rarely do I get the local. That one is about 2 hours.

But back to the express. It takes the same amount of time as someone going from Brooklyn, Queens, and the Bronx to Manhattan. Maybe even less. Staten Island definitely. Not only might my ride be shorter than yours but it's so much more comfortable. I could sleep for hours on that bus without any disturbance. No hobos and or anything to worry about.

So when people feel sorry for me and my ride, I laugh inside because they think they know but they have no idea. It's not that serious.

If anything, I should feel sorry for you.
